Shipping policy

Order processing and dispatch
Ready-made items are dispatched within 7 calendar days after your order is placed. Custom orders are dispatched within 15 calendar days after your order is placed. Processing time is separate from shipping transit time.

Destinations and shipping options
We ship from Scarborough, Ontario, Canada. We offer shipping within Canada, to the United States, and to selected international destinations. Available shipping options depend on your delivery address and are shown at checkout.

Shipping rates
Shipping charges and any eligible free-shipping options are shown at checkout before you complete your purchase. In Canada, Standard shipping is CAD $12, with free Standard shipping on orders of CAD $75 or more. Canada Post Regular Parcel is calculated at checkout and is free on orders of CAD $55 or more. To the United States, eligible Canada Post services are free on orders of CAD $95 or more; otherwise rates are calculated at checkout. International rates are calculated at checkout where shipping is available.

Delivery estimates
Canadian Standard shipping has an estimated transit time of 5–8 business days after dispatch. Canada Post transit estimates vary by service and destination and are calculated where available. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, customs processing, and events outside our control can affect delivery.

Duties and import taxes for United States orders
Applicable duties and import taxes for orders shipped to the United States are displayed and collected separately at checkout. Eligible free shipping does not waive these duties or import taxes.
